Have you been wanting to read WomanCode by Alisa Vitti but just haven't gotten around to either starting or finishing it? Although I recommend reading it to get a full grasp on why cycle syncing is important and its benefits, I wanted to make it easier for you guys to get started with eating and living in a way that honors your womanhood!

In this booklet, I have created a page for each phase of your menstrual cycle (follicular, ovulatory, luteal and menstrual) that includes the list of foods that are recommended for you to eat during that phase, the characteristics of your persona during that time, and the suggested lifestyle practices, types of movement and exercise. 

I carry around a handwritten booklet that I made for myself last summer. I take it out when I'm at the grocery store, when I'm scheduling my workouts for the week and when I'm getting into bed at night and thinking about the day ahead. There are so many reasons why it's important to recognize where we are hormonally, and I hope that this booklet inspires you to find a passion for living according to your cycle!
